The bold prints and structured style of
Seafolly's current range incorporates girly frills,
retro spots and nautical styles. They have a number
of offerings, aswell.
The 2009/2010 Limited Edition range is a 19
piece collection, consisting of luxurious, high end
designs, and premium fabrics which takes a stylish
water babe from beachside to poolside. With an
array of one piece suits, mini tubes, halter and
bandeau bikinis, kaftans and even the glamazonian
maxi dress, this deluxe range epitomizes exclusivity
and individuality.
The Aquarius collection of swimwear in this
Limited Edition range is inspired by shades, and
shapes of the ocean. Colors include hues of Glacier
blue, and a delicious Pistacio Green. Watch out for
the Limited Edition Aquarius Carnivale Maillot (one-
piece suit) with symmetrical frill, and the sea
goddess styling of the maxi dress made from 100%
silk. The Lotus collection is inspired by retro high
waist-pants, cut-out styling in their full-piece suits,
frills and enamel flower-like adornments.
With magenta and turquoise featuring as
their star colors, they are set off by cool charcoal,
white and black, with splays of beautiful Lotus
blossoms. If holiday fantasy sounds exciting to you,
think poolside tropics. Safari green, rouched
skirted pants, asymmetrical bandeaus and maillots
featuring keyholes and shiny, glitzy jewel trims are
what you want, and what you are going to get. A
Bahama knee length kaftan features as the
absolute key item in this particular section of the
limited edition range.
If you are more laid back but still love the
idea of poolside glamour, then Baku swimwear
would be for you. Dirctors of Baku Australia, Dax
and Tamara Bykerk are a brother and sister team
who are also the designers behind the label itself.
The Ginja label, which is an eclectic, young,
collection run under the label of Baku has 12
different looks, and will not be focused on any
specific era, or theme this season, instead having
key looks from multiple visions. And what does this
mean? >>
